Privacy policy
This policy describes how JohnTernusCEO.com handles information. It is not legal advice.
Who we are
JohnTernusCEO.com is an independent website published by Irfan Mirza. Contact: the contact form.
What we collect
Contact form. If you submit the form, we receive the name, email, and message you type, plus the time and IP address used to send it. That data is used only to read and reply to the message and to limit spam. It is stored on the server in a non-public directory and may be emailed to the publisher if mail is configured.
Server logs. The hosting company may log standard request data (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations.
Cookies. A strictly necessary cookie may be used later for cookie-preference storage. At launch there is no marketing pixel required to read the articles.
Analytics and advertising (if enabled)
If Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or Google AdSense are enabled, Google may process technical data under its own policies. Ads would be labeled. We do not sell mailing lists.
Until those tools are switched on, this site does not set advertising cookies of its own.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for Apple IDs, payment cards, or government ID numbers. Do not send them.
Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a spam/abuse record, then deleted when no longer needed.
Your requests
You may ask what contact data we hold about you, or ask us to delete a message you sent, via the contact form. We may refuse abusive or legally required records.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
The `Updated` date at the top of this page will change if the policy changes.
